3 and 6 Month Unoccupied Property Policies

For owners of unoccupied property we also provide cover on a short period basis for 3 and 6 months.

These short period policies are available on any residential or commercial property that is currently unoccupied and meets out standard underwriting acceptance criteria.

There is also the option for all all short period policies to be amended mid-term should the property become occupied, however at the following renewal date the policy will automatically change back to a 12 month policy.

All short period policies will have renewals invited where there will be an option available to amend to either an annual policy or to a different short period.

Our standard Unoccupied Property policy wording and covers apply for all short period policies.

Please note that there are no return of premiums for policy cancellation if a short period policy is taken.

If you wish to quote on a short period basis then simply obtain a quote in the usual way and at the end of the process, you will be offered the option for either a 3, 6 or 12 month quote.
