An intelligent enthusiastic individual required to work in a busy city centre Company. Needs to have excellent self-organisation and be able to work under pressure. Working as part of a team is an essential part of the role as well as being able to prioritise their own work load

Job Description

• Handling incoming phone queries and disputes
• Dealing with correspondence for new and existing claims
• Referrals and liaison with Underwriters
• Instructing & dealing with Loss Adjusters
• Handling claims and maintaining computer records
• Adhere by SLA’s and maintain responsibility for own workload
• Review and request claim payments as required

Experience Required

A minimum of 1 years’ experience required from a claims or broker background within property claims.
Certificate in Insurance qualification preferred

• Salary – Competitive
• Holidays – 25 per annum (January – December) plus all bank holidays. Holiday increases after two years’ service by 1 day per annum to a maximum of 30 days
