Job Description
Handling incoming phone queries and disputes
Dealing with correspondence for new and existing claims
Referrals and liaison with Underwriters
Instructing & dealing with Loss Adjusters
Handling claims and maintaining computer records
Adhere by SLA’s and maintain responsibility for own workload
Review and request claim payments as required
Experience Required
A minimum of 1 years’ experience required from a claims or broker background within property
claims.
Certificate in Insurance qualification preferred

Salary – Competitive
Holidays – 25 per annum (January – December) plus all bank holidays.
Holiday increases after two years’ service by 1 day per annum to a maximum of 30 days
